1. Booking & Reservation

A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation from Manu Family Guest House via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We encourage all guests to book directly with us to receive the best available rates and personalised service.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
  • Guests are required to provide accurate details at the time of booking.

3. Payment

Room rates are per night as listed on our website. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is accepted in cash or through common digital payment methods. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. For last-minute cancellations, charges may apply at the management's discretion.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behaviour at all times within the property.
  • Loud music or behaviour that disturbs other guests is not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or common areas.
  • Illegal activities of any kind on the premises are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

6. Visitors

For security and comfort of all guests, non-registered visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms. Visitors may be received in designated common areas only, with prior notice to reception.

7. Liability

Manu Family Guest House is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure and to report any issues immediately to reception. We provide CCTV coverage for general security purposes.

8. Parking

Complimentary parking is available on the property premises. While CCTV monitoring is in place, Manu Family Guest House is not responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles parked on the premises.

9. Amendments

Manu Family Guest House reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
